Damage and Return Policy:
If your product arrives with damage that impedes regular use, please contact us within 1 days of delivery.

If there is any damages or loss of your items, it is necessary to mark these info on to delivery receipt. and take pictures and videos of delivery receipt.and then inform heyhail, how many packages have you been received, which is in good condition, or damaged, or losted

*Customer will be responsible for freight charges incurred to return the item(s). Freight collect shipments will not be accepted.
*Please return the product clearly labeled in the original shipping package. If you have discarded the original shipping package, you may return your order in a clearly labeled packaging that protects the product.
*The Customer is responsible for any damages or loss of the package(s) during return shipment.
*Please include the original receipt, if you have discarded the original receipt, contact us via email or telephone for further guidelines.
*On the back of the invoice or separate document, please indicate the reason for return.
